Requesting a collection

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a binding agreement. It places you under no obligation, and it does not commit us to collecting your vehicle until we have spoken to you and confirmed the details.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are the registered keeper of the vehicle or are authorised to arrange its disposal, and that the details you give us are accurate. Please remove all personal belongings before collection, and make sure the vehicle is accessible for a recovery vehicle.

Documents

You will need proof of identity and the vehicle’s V5C logbook where you have it. We will confirm exactly what is needed when we contact you.

Collection

Collection times are arranged with you directly and may be affected by traffic, weather, access or other circumstances outside our control. If the vehicle is materially different from the details you gave us, the arrangement may need to be revised or cancelled.
